## About the Role

We're looking for a Help Desk Technical Engineerto join a busy and growing team based in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a technical mindset and a proactive approach to customer support. About the candidateWe're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident when handling customer queries and technical issues. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a support desk, helpdesk or coordination role (not IT focussed) and will be comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.You will have strong communication skills, a professional and proactive approach, and excellent attention to detail. You should be confident prioritising workloads, troubleshooting basic technical issues and working with Windows operating systems and remote connection tools. Experience working to response time targets or service level agreements would be
