 * Proven leadership of distributed (onshore/offshore) teams

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where technology meets commercial outcomes. You'll lead the delivery and evolution of our Salesforce and nCino platform-owning everything from sprint delivery through to production stability.

You'll work at the heart of the bank, connecting business priorities with engineering execution, leading distributed teams, and ensuring we deliver at pace without compromising quality.
