 * Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen- Programmierkenntnisse bzw. -interesse von Vorteil
 * Analytisches Denken sowie sorgfältige und effiziente Arbeitsweise- Zuverlässige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Organisationstalent
 * Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
 * Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams in Verbindung mit Kommunikationsstärke

## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, dem Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von globalen IT Services im Communication & Collaboration Umfeld (dazu gehören MS Teams/Sharepoint/Exchange sowie Intranet/Streaming/Telefonie Anwendungen)
 * Begleitung beim Aufbau, der Inbetriebnahme und der Entstörung von IT Diensten und Infrastrukturkomponenten
 * Erstellung und Umsetzung von Monitoringkonzepten, UserGuides und Testprozeduren zur Unterstützung des Teams
