This role serves as a technical resource, monitors workflow health, balances inventory across the team, and partners with leaders to ensure service level commitments are achieved., * Monitor daily workflow, inventory levels, queue health, and workload distribution to ensure service level commitments and quality standards are consistently achieved. * Provide day-to-day work direction, technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring while serving as a subject matter expert for new business processes, products, and systems. * Analyze operational trends, identify bottlenecks or inventory risks, capacity constraints and escalate as needed.
