 * Previous office experience essential
 * Experience in a similar role preferred.
 * Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 * Must be a team player.
 * Must have a problem-solving attitude.
 * Must have a good attention to detail.
 * Must be computer literate.
 * Full UK driving licence would be beneficial.

## Description

* To liaise with customers regarding maintenance issues
 * To log jobs for the maintenance team and allocate to the team accordingly.
 * To liaise with suppliers to obtain best prices.
 * To liaise with subcontractors, ensuring on they are on site as and when required.
 * To order stock and materials as and when required
 * To monitor stock usage and allocation of parts/materials
 * To invoice customers for maintenance work carried out.
 * To assist in preparing rotas for the maintenance team, to ensure there is always adequate cover in the department.
 * To prepare necessary reports for senior management
 * To attend meetings as and when required
 * To assist with recruitment of maintenance staff and conduct interviews.
