## Description

* Day-to-day office and clerical tasks
 * Logging jobs via company system
 * Dealing with engineers on a day-to-day basis
 * Be an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and support other business activities
 * Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
 * Log all office related issues/jobs on the helpdesk system
 * Manage and monitor the helpdesk and liaise with the engineers to ensure all issues/queries are dealt with in a timely manner
 * Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems
 * Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issues
 * Establishing and enforcing office policies
 * Maintaining a clean and organized office appearance
 * Providing support for team and office functions
 * Managing post
 * Developing quality control procedures
 * Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
