Nous recherchons un agent Help Desk pour la gestion des demandes d'intervention pour la maintenance générale du bâtiment.

Vos missions :

 * Prise en compte et dispatch des demandes d'intervention selon les indicateurs de prise en charge définis au contrat;
 * Assurer le suivi des demandes dans l'outil GMAO dédié et commande les pièces détachées nécessaires aux interventions sur devis soumis à la validation;
 * Tâches administratives.

Horaires : 10h à 18h du lundi au vendredi.
