## Description

* Sie unterstützen Projekte und IT Umzüge mit Fokus auf Rollouts im Hardwarebereich
 * Sie gewährleisten den reibungslosen Betrieb einer komplexen Systemlandschaft im Bankenumfeld
 * Sie analysieren und beheben Störungen im First und Second Level über remote und vor Ort Support
 * Sie bearbeiten telefonische, schriftliche und persönliche Anwenderanfragen am Servicedesk
 * Sie installieren, tauschen und dokumentieren Hardware inklusive Pflege der Assetdaten und Weitergabe komplexer Störungen an nachgelagerte Einheiten
