## About the Role

Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens drei Jahre) im SAP-HCM-Umfeld und mit SAP SuccessFactors.

 - Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
 - Du hast bereits an Einführungsprojekten für SuccessFactors-Module mitgewirkt; Erfahrung mit Employee Central sowie Career & Talent Development ist von Vorteil.
 - Du hast Integrationsprojekte erfolgreich umgesetzt.
 - Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und kannst damit effektiv mit dem HR-Fachbereich zusammenarbeiten.
 - Du hast Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit und bringst die dafür nötigen Englisch-Kenntnisse mit.
 - Du hast Erfahrungen im Lieferanten- bzw. Lieferantenmanagement in IT-Projekten gesammelt.
 - Kenntnisse im SAP HCM/H4S4 (HR-Core) sind für dich von Vorteil.

## Description

Du betreust und entwickelst die SuccessFactors-Module Learning, Performance & Goals sowie Recruiting weiter.

 - Du übernimmst die (Teil-)Projektleitung technischer Transformationsprojekte für die Einführung künftiger Module, zum Beispiel Career & Talent Development, Employee Central und später EC Time Management & EC Payroll.
 - Du konzipierst und realisierst Schnittstellen zu SAP-H4S4, externen Systemen und Cloud-Lösungen über REST, OData sowie die SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
 - Du arbeitest eng mit den HR-Fachbereichen, Key-Usern und IT-Teams zusammen, berätst sie, führst Anforderungsanalysen und Workshops durch, entwickelst Lösungskonzepte und übernimmst die Kommunikation.
 - Du beauftragst und steuerst externe Dienstleister für Beratungs- und Implementierungsunterstützung.
 - Du leistest 2nd-Level-Support für unsere HR Technical Services
