## About the Role

Do you have experience in SAP?, * Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent)

 * Experience as an assistant
 * Very good knowledge of MS Office
 * Solid knowledge of SAP desirable
 * Basic knowledge of project management is desirable
 * Experience in the manufacturing sector or industry is an advantage
 * Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
 * Ability to work as part of a team

## Description

* Providing administrative support to line managers and specialist managers, as well as project leaders, within the OZD and IOA departments
 * Assisting with departmental organisation, including asset management
 * Maintaining the OZD intranet section and drives in accordance with departmental guidelines
 * Editorial support in the preparation of specifications and tender documents
 * Support with external correspondence (e.g. with authorities and customs)
 * Preparation of purchase requisitions and call-off orders
 * Assistance with the management and maintenance of the OZD service portals
 * Support in the review of expense reports and the approval of invoices
 * Implementation of the staff onboarding and offboarding process, as well as coordination of internal relocations
 * Acting as a representative for maintaining the global room register, creating and amending technical workstations
 * Support with the coordination of the building cleaning service, including cost-plus contracts and monthly invoicing
