## Description

Bei uns steigst du direkt in die Praxis ein und lernst Online Marketing nicht nur theoretisch, sondern mitten im Geschehen kennen. Du arbeitest aktiv an Kampagnen in verschiedenen Kanälen wie Social Ads, SEO und SEA mit und verstehst, wie datengetriebenes Marketing funktioniert. Dabei nutzt du moderne Tools und KI-Anwendungen, analysierst Performance-Daten und leitest daraus Optimierungen ab. Gleichzeitig bringst du deine kreativen Ideen bei der Erstellung von Creatives und Content ein, zum Beispiel für unsere Online Marketing Show. Du arbeitest eng im Team sowie mit Kunden zusammen und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiter., * Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Online Marketing Kampagnen in SEA, SEO und Social Ads

 * Du arbeitest mit KI Tools und lernst deren Einsatz im Marketing
 * Du erstellst Auswertungen und Reports zur Performance von Kampagnen
 * Du wirkst an unserem YouTube Kanal "Online Marketing Show" mit, inklusive Videoschnitt
 * Du erstellst Creatives wie Banner und unterstützt bei der Content-Erstellung
 * Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung von Marketplaces
 * Du unterstützt im Projektgeschäft und bei der Kommunikation mit Kunden
