The post holder has a key role in project governance and working with stakeholders, to ensure the agreed outputs are delivered and accurately reported utilising the Agency's PPM tool, to ensure appropriate controls are in place to enable benefits realisation. Projects may follow waterfall and/or agile methods of delivery ensuring a fit for purpose approach appropriate to requirements for the desired solution. The Agency's default tool for supporting portfolio, programme and project delivery is Verto.
