You will ideally have: * Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM * Proven experience delivering ERP/CRM solutions within complex transformation programmes * Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience * Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * The ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories * Experience working across both technical and business teams * Strong understanding of customer engagement and operational process improvement * Experience managing change within large organisations Desirable Experience * Experience within consultancy, services, travel, or customer-focused industries * Knowledge of CRM governance and data management * Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes * Microsoft Dynamics certifications ## Description We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established organisation currently undergoing a large-scale business and digital transformation programme. As part of this journey, they are looking to appoint an experienced ERP Product Owner to play a critical role in shaping and delivering their enterprise-wide ERP and CRM strategy. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic and customer-focused Product Owner who thrives in complex transformation environments and has strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within Agile delivery frameworks. The Role As the Product Owner for ERP & CRM, you will act as the voice of the business and customer, owning the product roadmap and backlog while ensuring development priorities align with organisational goals and customer outcomes.
