We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Innovation Project Manager to take a central role in developing our organisational strategy and key IT projects. It leads technology workstreams-researching, designing, and implementing service improvements to drive digital adoption and improve efficiency across corporate and frontline services. The post holder provides high-level project management and administrative support, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. Responsibilities include leading project delivery, coordinating IT and frontline teams, gathering requirements, mapping processes, supporting procurement, and advising end users. This is a varied, user-focused role suited to an ambitious, innovative individual with a proactive, can-do approach to supporting others and embracing new learning. Location: Remote with opportunity to work from your closest regional hub, regular travel to CGL locations when required. Hours: Fulltime, 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll take ownership of project delivery-coordinating teams, gathering insights, mapping processes, supporting procurement, and providing expert guidance to end users.
