## About the Role

* Bachelors degree and 10 years experience or Masters degreed and 8 years experience
 * Minimum eight (8) years of experience developing and implementing applications using Agile principles
 * 8 or more years of experience developing applications for clients using Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, SharePoint, Visual Studio, Java, C#, Visual Basic, Oracle, SQL Server, or other similar software.
 * Two (2) or more years of experience leading application development in the role of technical lead, solutions architect, or project manager.
 * Experience developing and documenting application architecture, technical design, and user interface design components.
 * Experience analyzing and resolving technical issues relating to data or application integration and system architecture.
 * Experience providing technical guidance to clients.
 * Experience developing presentations and presenting to clients.
 * U.S. Citizenship required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting
 * Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

## Description

* You will lead the design, development, and operational support for Citizen Developed applications.
 * Performs software development activities such as application/solution architecture, software design,
 * construction, debugging, testing, component integration, and maintenance using best
 * practices and techniques, specifications, relevant standards and tools.
 * Designs complex Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) that are user-friendly and intuitive.
 * Ensures work products and deliverables meet software development, quality assurance, infrastructure, data
 * integrity, security, and privacy standards and RBOA/TO requirements.
 * Provides technical leadership to less experienced staff in same role.
