Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Customer Engineer III, Outcome, GCP, Google Cloud - **Company:** Google LLC - **Location:** Boulder, CO, United States - **Experience:** Expert - **Salary:** $152,000.0 - $222,000.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Java (Programming Language), Artificial Intelligence, Software Debugging, Python (Programming Language), Object-Oriented Software Development, Google Cloud, Multi-Agent Systems, Data Analytics, Data Management, Programming Languages - **Published:** July 17, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=f927a5be1241de66 ## About the Role * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role. * Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management. * Experience in programming languages, debugging, or systems design. * Experience engaging with, presenting to, or managing technical stakeholders or executive leaders. * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed., * Experience selling technical solutions in one or more of the following areas: infrastructure modernization, application modernization, data management, data analytics, AI, networking, migrations or security. * Experience with Google Cloud products and differentiation from competition. * Experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers. * Experience with object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java), and using technical proficiencies to remove blockers and accelerate customer deployment. * Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks (e.g., A2A, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen). * Experience navigating the startup life-cycle, from initial prototyping with AI Studio to scaling and achieving product-market fit on Vertex AI. ## Description * Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer, professional services, and partner teams, on-boarding the implementation team, clearing blockers, managing timelines and progress, and ensuring readiness (e.g., capacity, training). * Employ coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment. * Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of workloads, moving customers from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible. * Identify expansion opportunities for new workloads within the account during project execution. * Drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize value on an ongoing basis and secure future agreement renewals.
