## About the Role

The IT Support Technician provides frontline technical assistance across cabling, hardware, and end-user support. You'll install and maintain Cat5/Cat6 cabling, troubleshoot issues, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is suited for candidates with 0-3 years of experience who are eager to grow their technical skillset., * Cat5/Cat6 Cabling - installation, termination, testing

 * Excel proficiency - documentation, tracking, inventory
 * Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+
 * Experience supporting end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
 * Ability to identify, research, and resolve technical issues using established SOPs
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills, * Experience in low-voltage cabling, telecom, data centers, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics
 * Familiarity with documentation systems, inventory tools, and ticketing platforms
 * Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet operational deadlines, Problem Solving
