## About the Role

* Eine technische Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

## Description

Im überregionalen IT-Service Team erwarten Dich folgende Aufgaben:

 * Support im First Level (vor Ort, telefonisch und mittels Fernwartungstools)
 * Problemannahme, -analyse, -lösung und Dokumentation im Umfeld der eingesetzten Produkte sowie eigenständige Ticketbearbeitung und Einbindung der Fachbereiche
 * Planung und Durchführung von Migrationsprojekten
 * Routing von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen an den Second-Level Support (intern und extern)
 * Pflege von Berechtigungen und Stammdaten in Anwendungen und Systemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von PCs, Notebooks und Thin-Clients für den Betrieb sowie die Bereitstellung der benötigten Software mittels Softwareverteilung
 * Durchführung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation der erforderlichen Aktivitäten im IT Service
