Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # manager, finance systems - **Company:** Spring Spain - **Location:** Spain - **Contract:** Temporary contract - **Skills:** Artificial Intelligence, Data Dictionary, OpenDocument, Release Management, Systems Integration, IT General Controls (ITGC), Okta - **Published:** July 5, 2026 - **Apply:** https://es.trabajo.org/oferta-5354-5c308967e5dc185ca84175be9072b3c6 ## About the Role opportunities that reduce manual effort in the close cycle Build and maintain systems documentation, including data dictionaries, process flows, and runbooks Partner with Accounting and FP&A to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions What We're Looking For Essential 7+ years of finance systems experience, with at least 4 years as a Net Suite administrator or functional lead Demonstrable hands-on Net Suite configuration experience: workflows, custom records, Suite Script, saved searches, and reporting Track record of owning cross-system integration projects from requirements through delivery Solid understanding of core accounting processes (close cycle, AR/AP, consolidation) - enough to speak credibly with controllers and auditors Experience supporting SOX IT general controls or equivalent audit-facing compliance work Strong project management instincts: able to run multiple workstreams, communicate status clearly, and flag blockers early Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with limited hand-holding Highly Valued Net Suite certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, or equivalent) Experience with Hi Bob, Okta, Lease Query, or Carta in a finance context Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency environments Familiarity with Saa S or B2 B travel/expense tech - you'll understand the business you're supporting Experience working alongside Big 4 auditors on systems and data queries Who Will Thrive Here This role is not a ticket-taker. You will be expected to bring a point of view, push back when requirements are incomplete, and proactively surface problems before they become audit findings. The right person is equally comfortable in a configuration screen and a CFO meeting - and sees the connection between the two.
