Language Proficiency: Native Spanish Speaking with Proficiency in English

 * 3 to 5 Years of experience in Dotnet (Asp.net) development and support.
 * Hands-on experience in C# / VB.Net.
 * Hands-on experience in SQL Server, Query Writing, Troubleshooting, query tuning etc.
 * SSIS and SSRS knowledge is must.
 * Experience in DBA activities will be added advantage.
 * Experience in user interaction for issue understanding and co-ordination.
 * Should be good team player and experience working in onsite / off-shore model.
 * Should be able to manage a team and mentor them on project activities.
 * Good verbal and written communication.
 * Should be proactive to identify risks during transition phase.
