We are the drivers of change. #LI-Hybrid This is the job Data is one of the AA's biggest opportunities, and we are investing in the tools, platforms and AI capability to use it better. As a Data Scientist, you'll help turn complex data into practical solutions that improve customer experience, support better decisions and drive commercial performance. You'll work on varied business problems, from forecasting and operational optimisation through to churn, customer lifetime value, product propensity, marketing segmentation and personalisation. Working with colleagues across Data, Engineering, Architecture, Analytics and our AI Centre of Excellence, you will help build models and data science solutions that can be used across our products, platforms and channels. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving real business problems with data. You'll be curious, analytical and collaborative, with the confidence to ask good questions, explain insight clearly and turn technical work into meaningful recommendations. Experience in areas such as machine learning, statistical modelling, Python, SQL, data pipelines, ML Ops or operational research would be valuable, but we are open to different routes into data science.
