systems become AI-ready - machine-readable structure, cursor rules, agent-friendly naming conventions. - Bring vision on animation and micro-interactions to elevate the feel of our products. - Collaborate closely with our Sr. Design System Product Designer, with no PM or EM in between - high autonomy, high impact. You would be great fit if you have: - You have 4+ years of front-end experience, with at least 1 year as the primary owner or lead contributor of a mature design system. - You have a designer's eye - attention to detail, taste for quality, and the ability to push back on "good enough." - You're a systems thinker: you see redundancy, inconsistency, and debt across a codebase and know how to create order without slowing teams down. - You're fluent in React and TypeScript, and have solid knowledge of web components and advanced CSS (you know the difference between vh and dvh and why it matters). - You follow the design systems space closely
