* Du hast ein Studium in Informatik oder in einer vergleichbaren Disziplin erfolgreich abgeschlossen
 * Du verfügst über langjährige Berufserfahrung in Software Engineering, Software Architektur, Architekturbewertung, Server- oder Client-Entwicklung
 * Du besitzt fundierte Expertise in der Anforderungsanalyse, der Entwicklung technischer Konzepte und Lösungsarchitekturen und bringst dabei ebenso ein Gespür für den Sales-Kontext mit
 * Mit deiner ausgeprägten Empathie gelingt es dir, die Herausforderungen eines Kunden schnell zu durchdringen und daraus unmittelbar überzeugende, tragfähige Lösungsideen zu entwickeln
 * Du handelst unternehmerisch, übernimmst Verantwortung und überzeugst durch souveräne, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern bis auf Vorstandsebene
 * Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1 Level) und sehr gut Englisch (mindestens B2)

## Description

* Du arbeitest in Beratungs- und Softwareentwicklungsprojekten bei Kunden wie AXA, BMW, der Deutschen Bahn und ZDF
 * Du konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst Softwarelösungen, in dem du AI-Methoden und Tools im gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess anwendest (z.B. LLMs, agentische Frameworks, Codegenerierung und Testautomatisierung)
 * Du realisierst anspruchsvolle und komplexe Softwarearchitekturen auf Basis moderner Frameworks und neuester Technologien
 * Du repräsentierst Accso als verlässliche:r, kompetente:r und technische:r Ansprechpartner:in entlang des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus - von der Akquise bis zur Abnahme - und gibst dein Wissen proaktiv weiter

 * Du verfolgst aktuelle Trends und Innovationen (z. B. in Softwarearchitekturen, Frameworks, Tools, Methoden, etc.) und bringst die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse mit ein und treibst somit die technologische Entwicklung bei Accso voran
