## Description

Du bist als AI Developer Teil eines hochmotivierten Teams mit Schwerpunkt "Prozessautomatisierung/Künstliche Intelligenz" in der Abteilung - "IT-Dokumentenmanagement".

Du entwickelst und optimierst KI-Modelle für OCR, Textklassifikation und Datenextraktion und stellst deren Qualität, Robustheit und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung sicher.

Außerdem betreust du Trainingsdaten, unterstützt bei Datenaufbereitung und Qualitätskontrollen und bringst neue Ideen für Tools, Validierungen und moderne Modellarchitekturen bis zur produktiven Umsetzung ein.

Als Generalist: in unterstützt Du bei der Entwicklung, übernimmst aber auch koordinative, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Aufgaben in den Bereichen Wissensvermittlung, Anwendungsfallsuche, Planung und Bewertung rund um das Thema Inputmanagement und KI-Anwendungsfälle.
