 * Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen per Remote, E-Mail, vor Ort sowie telefonisch
 * Installationen und Konfigurationen zur Entlastung des 2nd-Level-Supports
 * Pflege des internen Ticketsystems, fristgerechte Erledigung aller Support-Anfragen
 * Dokumentation von Problemen und Lösungen
 * Aufbau und Aktualisierung unserer IT-Wissensdatenbank und Kundendokumentationen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
 * Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit
 * Übernahme von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
