 * Analysiere Störfälle und Fehlerbilder in Web-Mapping-Anwendungen und finde praktikable Lösungen
 * Führe Anforderungen zusammen und entwickle umsetzbare Konzepte gemeinsam mit internen Schnittstellen
 * Unterstütze die Integration von Plattformen und Komponenten wie ArcGIS in heterogene Systemlandschaften
 * Dokumentiere technische Abläufe, erarbeite Handlungsanweisungen und erstelle Statusberichte
 * Koordiniere externe Dienstleister und interne Teams bei technischen Implementierungen
