## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbarer Abschluss.
 * Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT-Systemadministrator - idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Windows Infrastrukturen und Azure.
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von hochverfügbaren On-Premise und Cloud- Infrastrukturen-.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows Server Betriebssystemen und deren Dienste. Linux von Vorteil.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Azure IaaS, PaaS, Entra ID, M365 sowie modernen Cloud -Lösungen und Hybridszenarien-.
 * Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Cloud Migrationsprojekten (Server Workloads, Applikationen, Identitäten).
 * Erfahrung im Bereich Automation & Infrastructure as Code (PowerShell) wünschenswert.
 * Kenntnisse in Netzwerken, Security Konzepten, Zero-Trust Modellen und Identity Security sind von Vorteil.
 * Erfahrung mit Client/Server Anwendungen - idealerweise inkl. deren Cloud- -Enablement.
 * Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Eigeninitiative.
 * Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine starke Hands-on-Mentalität im Transformationsumfeld.
 * Mindestens C1 Deutschkenntnisse und fließendes Business-Englisch

## Description

* Du installierst, wartest und betreibst unsere Windows Server in einem hochverfügbaren Produktionsumfeld und begleitest deren Modernisierung in Richtung Cloud Architekturen.
 * Du entwickelst und implementierst Hybrid Cloud sowie vollständige Migrationsstrategien (On Prem * Azure).
 * Du planst und realisierst die Transformation unseres Rechenzentrums in Richtung Cloud Strukturen mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Automatisierung.
 * Du kümmerst dich um die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Active Directory- und Entra ID-Verzeichnisstrukturen.
 * Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Aufgaben im Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Umfeld (PowerShell, Azure Automation).
 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung in IT-Projekten und trägst dadurch zum erfolgreichen Abschluss der Projekte bei.
 * Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und Betriebskonzepte und stellst deren Aktualität sicher.
 * Du unterstützt das Supportteam innerhalb des Third Level Support.
