## Description

* Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Qualifikations-, Material-, Werkstoff- und Vorserienversuchen gemäß Luftfahrtvorschriften sowie Ableitung von Testanforderungen aus Spezifikationen
 * Organisation und Betreuung des Testbetriebs, einschließlich Beschaffung und Betreuung von Testanlagen/-equipment, externer Vergabe von Versuchsreihen sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stellen
 * Sicherstellung von Zulassungen und Compliance durch Nachweisführung, Audits, Vergleichsstudien sowie aktive Mitarbeit in relevanten Fach- und Arbeitsgruppen
 * Dokumentation und Wissensmanagement, einschließlich Erstellung von Prüf- und Betriebsdokumentationen, Anlagenspezifikationen sowie Pflege des Testing-Wissensmanagementsystems
 * Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung durch Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Testprozessen sowie Unterstützung bei der Implementierung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe
