 * On-site, * Support und Administration von Windows-Betriebssystemen und den gängigen Office-Anwendungen,
 * Behebung von Hardwarefehlern, Aufbau und Austausch von PCs und PC-Komponenten sowie mobiler
 * Rechentechnik und Smartphones,
 * Administration und Service sonstiger Peripheriesysteme wie Multifunktionsgeräte und Drucker,
 * Mitarbeit bei der Verwaltung der Server-Infrastruktur und des Netzwerkes,
 * Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten und Dienstleister im IT-Bereich,
 * First-Level-Support (intern sowie für unsere Medizinischen Versorgungszentren),
 * Bedienung der Hotline,
 * Einweisung von Nutzern,
 * Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst,
 * Beschaffung von Hardware
