## About the Role

* Minimum 10 years of related experience in cloud architecture and AWS solutions
 * Experience specifically in AWS GovCloud, with knowledge of Landing Zone and AWS Organizations
 * Proficiency in Terraform, including module design and remote state management
 * Strong understanding of AWS networking (VPC, TGW), security services, and IAM
 * Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and policy-as-code tools like OPA/Sentinel
 * Familiarity with Python, Bash scripting, and DISA Cloud Computing SRG
 * Certifications: AWS SAA minimum (SAP preferred), AWS Security Specialty strongly preferred, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, DoD 8570/8140 IAT II

## Description

* Design and implement AWS solutions focusing on GovCloud environment, including Landing Zone build with AWS Organizations, SCPs, account vending, KMS, and monitoring stack
 * Develop and maintain DevSecOps pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, OPA/Sentinel, Python, and Bash scripting
 * Create and manage Terraform modules, remote state, IAM Identity Center, and AWS networking components (TGW, VPC, VDSS/VDMS)
 * Design KMS CMK, implement AWS security services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Inspector, and Config
 * Ensure compliance with DISA Cloud Computing SRG standards and manage security policies and infrastructure as code
 * Collaborate with team to optimize AWS environments and ensure security best practices are enforced
