Build AI Solutions * Configure and prototype agentic workflows using: * AI models * Low-code platforms * APIs * Integrations * Orchestration frameworks * Design intelligent decision paths, guardrails, human approvals, escalation logic, and recovery strategies. Validate & Deliver * Work closely with engineering teams to move prototypes into production. * Define testing approaches, expected behaviors, edge cases, and operational safeguards. * Present solutions to customers and incorporate feedback into continuous improvements. Drive Customer Success * Support deployment and adoption. * Help customers build confidence in AI-enabled workflows. * Identify adoption barriers and work collaboratively to resolve them. * Capture successful patterns that can be reused across future customer engagements.
