 * Praktische Erfahrung mit Softwareverteilungslösungen (z. B. Matrix42 Empirum), Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden sowie der vertraglich betreuten Außenstellen und Tochtergesellschaften bei sämtlichen IT-Anfragen im Second-Level-Support (Client-Team).
 * Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen operativen Betriebs der Client-Infrastruktur.
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und Behebung von Störungen im laufenden IT-Betrieb.
 * Bearbeitung technischer Incidents und Service Requests bis zur nachhaltigen Lösung.
 * Zentrale Ansprechperson für komplexe Supportanfragen im Second-Level-Bereich.
