* Fundiertes Know-how im Bereich SAP MM sowie Erfahrungen im Customizing von SAP MM; Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement von Vorteil
 * Teil- oder Projektleitungserfahrung in SAP MM sowie gutes Schnittstellenwissen zu SAP SD, PP, WM / EWM, QM oder FI
 * Erfahrung in der Geschäftsprozessanalyse und -optimierung sowie in der Konzepterstellung im Rahmen von SAP-Projekten wie z.B. SAP-Einführungen, SAP-Roll-Outs, SAP Carve Outs oder SAP-Harmonisierungsprojekte
 * Gutes bis sehr gutes Prozessverständnis in der Materialwirtschaft / Material Management, Einkauf und Bestandsführung sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
 * Kommunikationsstarke Beraterpersönlichkeit mit Hands On Mentalität und Teamplayermentalitäten sowie Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für die SAP-Beratung
 * Freude an der SAP-Projektarbeit und eine Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte in Deutschland von bis zu 40% im Durchschnitt (variiert je nach Kundenprojekt)
 * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Begleitung und Realisierung von SAP S/4HANA Projekten mit Fokus auf SAP MM bzw. SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement über alle Projektphasen hinweg (Value, Readiness Check, Fit-Gap-Analyse, Detailkonzept, Datenmigration, Entwicklung, Customizing, Test, Go-Live und Hypercare-Phase)
 * Möglichkeit die SAP MM bzw. S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Teil- oder Projektleitung in einem SAP S/4HANA Projekt zu übernehmen
 * Analyse und Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse in der Materialwirtschaft / Material Management, Einkauf und Bestandsführung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen der Kunden
 * Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und technischen Spezifikationen für die Entwicklungsabteilung sowie Systemanpassungen mittels Customizings in SAP MM bzw. S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement
 * Konzeption und Integration von innovativen Applikationen im SAP MM bzw. S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Umfeld
 * Kompetenter/in Ansprechpartner/in für die Kunden bei SAP MM bzw. S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Themen und relevanten Fragestellungen
 * Leitung von SAP Workshops sowie Planung und Durchführung von SAP-Anwenderschulungen im SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement Kontext
 * Als SAP Senior Consultant auch Mentoring von SAP-Trainees und Unterstützung im Presales
 * Als SAP Managing Consultant auch Coaching von SAP Consultants und Senior Consultant sowie Presales-Unterstützung
