* Previous experience within a legal administrative role - with experience of handling Subject Access Requests
 * Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
 * Confident working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
 * Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
 * Experience working with confidential information is essential
 * Previous exposure to GDPR, data protection or compliance would be advantageous

## Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised administrator with strong attention to detail who is looking to gain experience within data protection and compliance. Working as part of a busy team, you will provide administrative support across a range of GDPR and information governance activities, ensuring records are maintained accurately and requests are handled efficiently., * Providing administrative support to the Data Protection and Compliance team

 * Logging and tracking data protection requests and correspondence
 * Assisting with Subject Access Requests (SARs) and maintaining accurate records
 * Updating and maintaining confidential databases and document management systems
 * Preparing documentation, reports and correspondence
 * Supporting the team with data audits and compliance activities
 * Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather information where required
 * Ensuring all work is completed in line with GDPR and company policies
