In this role you'll work directly with senior leaders to redesign how the organisation operates, helping us unlock greater effectiveness, innovation, and value. You'll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, creating operating models that make the most of people, processes, data, digital tools, and emerging technologies, including AI. About the Role BRE is evolving to meet changing customer needs, accelerate growth, and maximise its impact. This role will lead the design and delivery of organisation-wide operating model transformation, ensuring we have the structures, capabilities, governance, and ways of working needed to achieve our long-term ambitions. Reporting into the Director of People, you will be acting as a senior internal consultant, you'll work across the business to assess current organisational effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and design practical solutions that support strategic goals. From developing future-state operating models through to implementation and embedding change, you'll lead end-to-end transformation that delivers measurable business value.
