Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. ## Description

Shrewsbury School is looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Technician to join our busy IT Department.

Supporting staff and pupils across the school and its associated prep schools, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality IT services.

You will provide first and second-line technical support, including:

 * Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
 * Installing, configuring and maintaining PCs, laptops and peripherals.
 * Supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
 * Assisting with SharePoint, server and network administration.
 * Managing and resolving helpdesk tickets, working with third-party suppliers and supporting ongoing IT projects.

You will have proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, along with a Level 2 ICT qualification (or equivalent experience).
