We are looking for somebody who is comfortable in taking ownership and making well-considered decisions independently. You enjoy the autonomy to shape your work and responsibilities, while actively seeking collaboration and alignment with others. You know when to step up, when to involve colleagues and when to move forward decisively. Working independently does not mean working in isolation for you. You value open communication, transparency, and mutual trust. * 4+ years of experience in similar roles and environments, including experience taking ownership of technical decisions and contributing to team standards; * Strong experience with TypeScript, and solid hands-on experience with React or comparable modern front-end frameworks; * Experience working in or contributing to scalable front-end architectures in complex product environments; * Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams with engineers, designers, and product owners; * Experience with modern development workflows and tools such as GitHub and Linear; * AI-aware and experienced in using AI tools responsibly and effectively to improve development workflows and output quality; * You are open to working in a Holacratic organization and curious about our way of organizing work, roles, and responsibilities; * Fluent in English, as it is our primary language for all internal communication at Luscii. ## Description You will be part of a small, highly skilled product team working on the visible core of Luscii's RPM platform. Together with engineers, designers, and product owners, you will build features that directly impact patient care and clinical workflows. You will take ownership of complex front-end challenges, from architecture to implementation, while balancing speed of delivery with long-term quality. You will also collaborate closely with other (senior) engineers across the organisation, helping align technical direction and ensuring consistency as the platform scales internationally. A key part of your role will be contributing to and helping mature our front-end guild, where we collectively shape standards, patterns, and best practices together. What you will be doing: * Building and evolving front-end features used by healthcare professionals and patients worldwide; * Designing and maintaining scalable, performant, and accessible front-end architecture; * Translating complex healthcare workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences; * Contributing to architectural decisions and front-end standards within the front-end guild; * Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners in a fast-moving product environment; * Reviewing code and raising the bar for front-end quality across teams; * Working with modern tooling such as TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks), GitHub, and AI-assisted development tools; * Helping ensure consistency and maintainability as the platform scales internationally. ## Related Videos - [Innovating Developer Tools with AI: Insights from GitHub Next](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1268-innovating-developer-tools-with-ai-insights-from-github-next) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Do TypeScript without TypeScript](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/327-do-typescript-without-typescript) - [But, you're not Facebook](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/378-but-you-re-not-facebook) - [Vuejs and TypeScript- Working Together like Peanut Butter and Jelly](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/127-vuejs-and-typescript-working-together-like-peanut-butter-and-jelly) - [WeAreDevelopers LIVE – AI, Freelancing, Keeping Up with Tech and More](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1786-wearedevelopers-live-ai-freelancing-keeping-up-with-tech-and-more) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 159: AI Pipelines, 10x Faster TypeScript, How to Interview](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/563-dev-digest-159-ai-pipelines-10x-faster-typescript-how-to-interview) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [The Best 7 Frontend Frameworks for Developers in 2025](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/400-the-best-7-frontend-frameworks-for-developers-in-2025) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Find a Developer Job: 12 Best Job Sites For Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/165-find-a-developer-job-12-best-job-sites-for-developers)
