They also serve as intermediaries between executive decision-makers, management teams and IT professionals to keep track of business performance, conduct process mapping and identify internal inefficiencies. This role is critical particularly when new processes and technical improvements are introduced. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Evaluate employee and client needs, internal workflows and business processes * Oversee detailed business analysis and process reengineering projects * Collaborate with business and IT leaders to create new process designs * Interpret complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders * Document business process modeling activities for future reference * Serve as liaison between IT and business stakeholders * Identify issues and risks * Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management * Collects data to identify root cause of problems * Work with Product Management team to define new features (what they are and why we do them) and collaborate with team members to build functional specs., The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
