* Actively implement software development principles and collaborate effectively with the team.
 * Adhere to code standards and our development process while improving both coding skill and domain knowledge.
 * Perform careful code reviews, seek help when needed, provide transparent status updates, and participate actively in team meetings.
 * Gradually handle more complex tasks with input from experienced engineers and gaining independence.
 * Demonstrate commitment to system hygiene by writing clean, maintainable code, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards.
 * Gain a clear understanding of the defined software retirement process and adhere to it when necessary.
 * Seek out mentorship to grow their own experience.
