## Description

with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). You'll work closely with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to improve data quality, service mapping, and operational visibility across enterprise environments. Contract Contractor Commitment Full-time Location Valencia, Spain (Hybrid / Primarily On-site) Process 2 Client Interview Process Note English-speaking environment. Spanish is not needed. Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices - Improve data quality, governance, and configuration item (CI) accuracy - Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers - Define and maintain CI relationships and service models - Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to onboard new services into the CMDB - Monitor CMDB health and resolve data quality issues - Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems - Ensure compliance with ITIL configuration management processes - Produce
