You will work within the community to source signals about up and coming ideas. As you find ideas, you will design experiments for yourself and the team to run to test the viability of your hypothesis for Google Cloud and languages. You are a risk taker and understand how to learn from failure and improve the next experiment. You will work both as an individual, as a lead, and as a participant in others' experiments. You will have great executive presence and can tailor your messages including thoughts, forecasts, and findings to a wide variety of audiences, and ultimately drive impact by scaling your learnings.Our team explores what's next for Cloud and developers by running experiments, reporting findings to our organization, and aligning teams that we can capitalize on in the market. We work both as individuals and as a team to evaluate nascent technologies, patterns, and ideas to determine their relevancy for developers. We do our work publicly so all developers can learn from our successes and failures. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
