This position ensures reliable, secure, and uninterrupted access to mission-critical IT services at geographically dispersed Pacific locations by administering endpoints and user accounts; supporting Active Directory/Entra ID and SCCM imaging; maintaining VTC and wireless capabilities; troubleshooting network and MDF/IDF infrastructure; resolving service tickets; and coordinating inter-island technical support. The role is responsible for minimizing outages, rapidly restoring services, maintaining cybersecurity compliance, and enabling users to effectively perform operational, training, and command activities.
