 * 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related disciplines
 * Strong hands-on AWS experience supporting production environments
 * Deep knowledge of Kubernetes administration and containerized workloads
 * Expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
 * Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
 * Proficiency with Python or Go
 * Strong understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cloud architecture
 * Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
 * Experience supporting highly available production systems

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Healthcare, regulated industry, or compliance-focused environment experience
 * GitOps experience utilizing ArgoCD
 * Experience with Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
 * Service mesh exposure
 * Secrets management experience
 * Previous startup or high-growth company experience
 * Mentorship and technical leadership experience
