What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications): + Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. + Experience with automotive or other safety-critical MCUs and ECUs, including real-time and functional safety consideration. + Programming experience in languages such as C, C++, or Python. ## Description **Hybrid:** This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum., We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Hardware Engineer - MCU Performance Analysis to join our Semiconductor Center of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will lead the definition, development, and execution of MCU performance analysis strategies for state-of-the-art microcontroller solutions used in next-generation automotive electronics platforms. You will be responsible for MCU-centric performance modeling, analysis, and correlation, including workload and benchmark definition, silicon performance simulations, measurement and debug to ensure our MCU platforms meet functional, performance, efficiency, and real-time requirements from concept through production.
