This is supporting a consumer facing, new business unit for the company. This will be 100% greenfield development. Designing a go to market strategy. This resource will have the opportunity to get saturated in Claude. They need a React/nodeJS developer who has built applications at scale. There is a very heavy emphasis on development at scale. This is a hardcore engineering and execution visionary type of resource. If it's a claude-enabled react developer, all the better. Insurance is ideal. This will be working under the head of architecture's technical leadership. They will also work closely with a technical architect lead on this team. There may be occasional travel to Miami as the end client sits in Miami, but this isn't required. Virtual interview, could make it 1 step with the team if he can align schedules.
