Mostly remote. Our Public Sector client have an immediate requirement for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join on an initial 6-month basis. This role is mostly remote, other than occasional travel to their Leeds or London sites, but no specific office days are noted. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, advise on potential solutions, refine the roadmap, and create technical strategies following best practices for the ServiceNow platform. They will also lead a team of developers and consultants in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, workflows, integrations, and customizations ensuring alignment with business & technical requirements and quality standards.
