At Logistex, we're looking for a Software Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in how we build, develop, and scale our software engineering capability. This is a high-impact role with real progression potential,designed to become a key number two within the function as it grows. What you'll be doing * Leading recruitment, onboarding, and development of software engineers * Driving resource planning to ensure the team can meet current and future project demands * Managing and improving software processes, quality controls, and KPIs * Supporting project delivery through strong stakeholder collaboration * Mentoring and developing team members to maximise performance and engagement * Providing structure, reporting, and visibility across software operations You'll work closely with project management
