## Description

* IT-Betrieb steuern: Sie verantworten die Steuerung und Überwachung des laufenden IT-Infrastrukturbetriebs (Server, Netzwerk, Cloud und Security)
 * ITIL-Prozesse koordinieren: Sie koordinieren Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management-Prozesse und behalten auch in kritischen Situationen den Überblick
 * Eskalations- und Dienstleistermanagement: Sie übernehmen das Eskalationsmanagement bei Störungen, steuern externe Dienstleister und überwachen definierte SLAs
 * Prozess- und Betriebsoptimierung: Sie identifizieren kontinuierlich Optimierungspotenziale und treiben Automatisierung sowie die Weiterentwicklung von Betriebsprozessen voran.
 * IT-Infrastrukturprojekte steuern: Sie planen, steuern und setzen Infrastrukturprojekte (z. B. Migrationen, Rollouts, Modernisierungen) um und erstellen hierfür Projektpläne, Statusberichte und Entscheidungsvorlagen
 * Kommunikation & Governance: Sie übernehmen die Stakeholder-Kommunikation zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partner:innen und entwickeln PM-Standards und -Werkzeuge im Infrastrukturteam weiter
