 * Interesse daran, ein kleines Engineering-Team fachlich zu leiten.
 * Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, WebSockets, Identity Providern (OAuth 2.0) und Monitoring (Grafana).
 * Grundkenntnisse in Frontend-Technologien wie React und TypeScript.
 * Idealerweise bereits im MedTech-Bereich oder einem anderen stark regulierten Bereich gearbeitet.
 * Fließend Englisch und mindestens A2 Deutsch. Die Unternehmenssprache ist Englisch.
