 * Erfahrung in der Koordination und Steuerung internationaler IT-Dienstleister und Lieferanten
 * Vertrautheit mit ITIL-Prozessen und bewährten Best Practices im IT-Service-Management
 * Kenntnisse in Automatisierungslösungen und Skriptsprachen wie PowerShell oder Python
